Scarborough is also home to two differing beaches ,with characteristics to suit all tastes . The South Bay and harbour is a busy family seaside beach front with all the traditional holiday activities , whilst the Blue Flag awarded North Beach offers a more relaxed , slightly quieter environment , but yet remains popular for water sports , such as surfing !
